Vision participated in The Money Show in Las Vegas on May 12-14, 2009. The Money show provides investors with specific advice and recommendations from investment and economic experts. This year it featured more than 200 workshops, 100 speakers, and an exhibit hall where attendees had the opportunity to test drive the latest products and services from more than 150 leading exhibitors.

As a CME Group Education Partner, Vision hosted a day of seminars on May 12th for CME Education Days to teach individual traders and investors about managed futures. Attendees learned from experienced professionals how managed futures can potentially lower the overall risk in their investment portfolio.

The distinguished speakers included Robert Boshnack, Chairman of Vision, David Lerman, CME Group, Yu-Dee Chang of ACE Investment Strategies, and Phil Herbert from NDX Capital Management.

Stock Market Forecast

No matter how bad deflation gets, the Fed can print money faster than deflation takes hold. Yes, this may create huge inflationary problems down the road and in our opinion the resumption of the secular bull market in commodities. But in the short-term, with the added government’s new stimulus package, we believe it will provide an upward bias to the stock market at the beginning of 2009. However, we also believe the boost will be short lived as corporate earnings will likely continue to disappoint.
